Machine will start a job. DTHC and everything working OK. Gets to a certain position in the job and Z axis with lift towards rapid move, stop moving but masso Z axis screen indication keeps showing it moving. Need help.
This reads like it may be a Masso controller issue. What does Masso support report, assuming you have contacted them ?
Does the motion to lift Z correspond with a gcode stmt to do so ?
Where is your DTHC mounted?

can you video what it is doing?
i have had this exact issue before. Check the axis height settings for the z axis can go lower than the sheet. My fix was grounding, mainly the gantry needed a large cable run directly to the earth stake.
Check your gantry to earth and plasma work lead with a multimeter, needs to be less than 5 ohms. Do this is multiple positions on the table as there might be a spot it open circuits and causes emi
also try using the sheetcam development version, i found this works better with my masso
