I’m have got a problem using Rotary.
I have got a file with 2 cuts on the same piece.
But some cuts are outside the piece.

I loaded your job and went to rotary simulation mode, I can reproduce your result. I can’t explain it. Asking that @Les_Newell have a look.
Same result in both V7.0.21 and 7.1.40.
In the meantime, the good news is that the generated gcode seems to be correct, both parts are showing correct coordinates.
