I have updated to version 8 recently and note that when I move an item in the layout, the item takes a moment to actually make the move. This happens when using the mouse, or the arrows to move an item. On a second click of the arrow key, the item moves, but, then if you use the mouse to click on the layout, the send arrow click kicks in. VERY frustrating! Any fixes or known errors? Help!
