Post Processor for TM 4400 with plate marker

Hello all,

I have been using Sheetcam for a couple years on my current Torchmate 4400 table and it has worked good using the “Torchmate Plasma VMD2” Post processor outputting .gm files. I have recently purchased the TM Plate Marker attachment and have it installed and setup up correctly on the machine but cannot find a post processor setup that works in Sheetcam. Lincoln Torchmate support directs me to use their wonky TM Cad-Cam software which I would liek to avoid… Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

Post a gcode that works and I’m sure the post can be modified to duplicate the necessary code.

Torchmate 4800 Plate Marker

I have a Torchmate 4800 table with the Torchmate plate marker, and I am currently using sheetcam with the post processor Torchmate plasma VMD2. This post processor works flawless for regular cutting jobs, but how do I set up the plate marker as another tool or does this require an entirely different post processo? The plate marker needs a g code command to start and stop, and there are offset values for x and y from the location of the torch head. Any help would be appreciated, thanks. I have a…
