Overlapping lines and failing PP

Les, Sheetcam says I have overlapping vectors. my drawing has none according to V-carve pro. All lines are dotted, none solid… Drawing will not get through post processor. Says unable to open output file/Error occurred on line 1197 1.5. Post processor failed … I will send the drawing if there is some format to do that.
