Nesting and rotating

Hi there,

I am running version 7.0.21 and am wondering if there is a way to manually rotate the part while in nesting mode, other than putting a number in the bottom tool bar rotation field. I can move the part around, but would like to manually, linearly rotate it into position.

Is this possible?

yes, but not rotate with mouse grab, just XY move with mouse grab. Rather, for rotate, right click on canvas, select ‘Grid options’, see ‘Angle’ (suggest 1 deg), see ‘Angle + key’ and …‘- key’, click OK. try those keys. To use the ‘Bump’ or ‘rotate’ keys, you have to be in menu Mode / Nesting mode.
