Sheetcam does not provide toolsets due to the large variety of plasma cutters and torch head combinations.
That said, there is an experimental sheetcam plugin named ‘PlasmaTool’ that you can enable (then restart sheetcam) then access via menu Plugins-PlasmaTool, and follow the pop up window prompts and selections to create PMX45xp tools.
