How would I make this part in sheetcam

I am struggling with a 2.5D part that I want top make in my CNC milling machine, Can someone please explain what operations I would use in sheetcam to create the part in the picture. The blue shape representes the stock I would be starting from and the orange is the part I want to make.

use two milling pocket operations,

  1. the first being the entire larger circle of the top down view. This operation will mill to the finish overall height of the center cylinder.
  2. the second pocket operation being defined on the space (doughnut) between the larger and smaller circles as seen in the top down view.
