Contacting ScheetCAM

How can I contact you effectively? I’ve been sending emails and contacting you through the website, but I haven’t received a response for two months. I have a problem with a purchase and can’t resolve it.

Zack, I’ve written to you many times, including you. We even talked, and then we lost touch. No one replies to that email. That’s why I was forced to ask on the forum.

I sent you an email on November 28, 2025, at 3:36 PM (CET) and haven’t received a response.

It looks like their service has really fallen off since SheetCam was sold and especially since they flubbed the V8 release and overloaded Lou with the fallout causing him to vacate his contracted duties, as I would have also done were I put in his position.

So sad…

I still haven’t received a response or any contact. What’s going on? Why is this?

@Zack, will you respond to emails, or will anyone in customer service respond? Does anyone work in customer service?

It seems that SheetCAM has no customer service whatsoever, and we’re forced to file a chargeback with our bank. There’s been no communication. This matter has been ongoing since September 2024…

That’s disappointing. Hope you get your money back.
