Hi all,
I have just uploaded V4.1.5 to www.sheetcam.com. This release fixes the drawing outline corruption when loading a drawing. Randy, this fixes your layer problem. This version also correctly detects and removes duplicate outlines.
Hopefully there will be another release soon to fix the other problems.
