I recently finished building a CNC Plasma Table, and I am running a Tiny G with Chilipeppr software, and i was wondering if anyone knew what post processor would work the best with it. I have tried using the minimum G-code
processor, but it doesn’t have any spindle M3 on command at the start of the sequence, but it has an M5 off command at the end. I Tried using the minimum G-code incremental plasma processor too, but it had no on/off commands or a wait on the burn-through hole. If someone has an idea for a post-processor, or some setting or something i’m not seeing i could use the help.
Have you tried “Generic plasma with optional scriber”?
I dont use TinyG or Chilipeppr, but we should be able to make it work for you. Let me know.
I just looked at the specs for TinyG and it appears that they try to conform to the LinuxCNC g-code dialect so try the EMC plasma post. That should be pretty close to what you need.
