I’m having issues with lettering not cutting right. It seems to be blocky and not smooth. This is a cnc plasma running and everlast 82i power unit. The feed rate seems to be good as I have little dross. Not sure if it’s a post processor issue or settings in mach 3. I’ve attached the dxf of the last cut file and a picture of it cut out. If you zoom in you can see the blocky curves on the lettering.

Do the outlines look smooth in SheetCam?
In Mach3 go to Config->general config and make sure ‘motion mode’ is set to ‘constant velocity’. Does that help?
I think I’ve figured it out Les I believe it’s in my post processor. It’s all smooth in sheetcam
