Switch X and Y axis for Rotary Plugin for Mach3

Hi,

I’m using Mach3 for my rotary plasma and I need the x axis swapped to the y axis. Is there a swapped axis rotary post for Mach3?

I don’t see a Mach3 swapped XY w rotary pp in the library of installed pps.

You can take a look at the pp in the following thread, and diagram, to get an idea of what’s involved to write the pp code to do it. It’s not much.

adding a couple of CNC table diagrams w added rotary axis, showing physical orientation of rotary (and chuck) with XY axes. A recent question in another thread prompted me to make the diagram, but it applies to the this pp given the rotary YB (or YA) gcode it can produce will match this YB diagram. Good to know when setting up the rotary chuck on the XY table. [image]
