ShopSabre post processor update

For those using ShopSabre plasma tables, with or without scriber and drill head, here is an updated post processor. Several users have written our customer support (sales@sheetcam.com) reporting controller runtime errors.

  • one error involves ‘incomplete gcode line’, caused when G00, 1, 2, 3, are not used on every motion line.
  • another error involves G53 machine coord system being used for scribing and drilling instead of G56.
    None of the several customers that we’ve sent the new pp to has replied back with new or same issues, so assuming this is a success.

I recently heard from a client that the two revised pps’ posted above are working better, and fine.

My Current issue is for every Duplicated part my feed rate speeds up and does not follow my Operation speed. Using the most current post processor for shop sabre. unfortunately I’m a new user and cannot post pictures on g-code or my PP

handling this case through email sales@sheetcam.com. I’ll update here when solved.
