I have a 5x10 Starlab running CommandCnc software. I just got all of the parts back from CandCNC where they replaced the DTHC card, but when I got the computer box back, Sheetcam has been removed from the desktop. Any ideas as to why? It was a licensed file and i really need it back on my computer. Thanks
No idea why they would have removed it, but you can download SheetCam from the website. If you need your license file back, you can email Les @ SheetCam and he can send it to you.
Then you would just need to select the correct post processor for your table. If itâs a commandcnc system then the post processor is on candcncâs website.
Open the Windows Search field on the Windows Task bar and search for âsheetcamâ. If its installed, the search will find it.
The reason it may be missing as a âshort cutâ from the Desktop is that the vendor either mistakenly deleted the âshort cutâ or otherwise fiddled with the your Windows userid folder and mistakenly removed customizations to the Desktop if you had any.
I realize its the weekend so calling the vendor now is not likely to be successful, but try or give them a call on Monday.
Candcnc does answer emails on weekends.
It is Linux system, but I will try a variant of this
I will send him an email if I donât hear back from CandCNC
