There are two options. At the bottom of the SheetCam main window are boxes that show the part position and rotation. You can directly enter values in these boxes to move or rotate the part. Alternatively switch to nesting mode and click on the part you want to rotate. Now the , and . keys (< and >) will rotate your part.
