Hello world (Les and Tom dont answer mails anymore)

I bought the license of Scam v7 as always (#order 4483), and then I bought the Rotary plugin (order #4489) for that license, but I just received a mail saying that this license (YU6XLGR2) does not exist. How is it possible?? I Just received it by mail ! So I did not receive my serial number, and they did not give me my money back…

Please, does anybody can help me ?

It was due to a bug in the token system that was related to new V7 licenses. It should now work. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Please send me the serial number for the Rotary I bought directly from site (Order number:4489
), and did not receive it so far. See below the mail I received. I do not have the token for that:

The SheetCam serial number “YU6XLGR2” does not exist.

Failed trying to generate a RotaryPlasma plugin serial for Estrutural.
