Q regarding lead-in and open line

If a lead-in is selected with an open line, does sheetcam ignore the lead-in (with a “can’t fit to path” error), or will it elongate the open line by the lead-in amount?

I know it will extend an open-line cut with an overcut, but now sure how it handles the lead-in/lead-out in that situation.

I think it would depend on the “Leadins on open paths” setting.
