No Holes Detected

Good Day

Info:
Nesting Software : MyNesting.
Process : Plasma Cutting (Poping Center mars using it)

Problem is as Follows:

I Have two types of holes on my dxf parts. One has center lines the other has none,imported individually imported holes are detected but when nested only the plain circle is detected as a hole why is this

Could you attach a copy of the drawing or the job file (File->save job) with the cut paths set up.
