Is there a way to have two sheets of material loaded at the same time? I have a very large machine and I want to load two pieces of work at the same time.
The jobs fit exactly on one sheet so lining up the job is critical.
You can’t have two sheets loaded at the same time but for alignment purposes there is a workaround. Draw the two sheets in CAD then import that drawing into a new part. Once you have that drawing aligned perfectly with your machine, right click on the part name in the ‘parts’ window and select ‘lock’. Now you won’t be able to move it in nesting mode so you won’t accidentally pick it up when nesting.
Les, you clever man. Yes of coarse that will be easy to do and as I recall I might have done something similar in the past.
