I have to move my Sheetcam installation to a new computer as the old one has died. Can I move the current tool box without having to re-enter all the details?

Yes, just copy it over. I had to do the same thing recently when my
computer died. Also copied over my customized post processor files.
Just be sure to put them where they are accessible and YOU know where they are.

Under the File heading there is a menu item Save Toolset as. Just save the toolset on a flashdrive or such and then open it from the same menu heading on the new computer.
