Mach3 post processor for plasma, proma thc, and ohmic touch

Hello all
Is there a mach3 post processor that will work with my setup? I have a hypertherm cutmaster 52 with cnc interface, proma thc, I also have a shielded machine torch with an ohmic sensor on it. I have been running the mach3 thc with scriber and backlash post processor, I believe this is suppose to work with a float head touch sensor. I set the offset for the switch to zero to keep the z axis accurate. This post processor uses the G28.1 code to zero z at the beginning of the cut. What I am finding is that even with the touch offset set to 0 it still offsets my z axis .15" then it rises to the cut height an additional .15". So my cuts are way to high, after the G28.1 it will G92 to zero then rapid to G00 to 0 (switch offset) then another G92 z zero then g00 to .16" but it ends up double that. I think there are extra steps that are not needed for my setup.

Please help if you have any answers for me.
Thank You

I would recommend the ‘Mach3 THC with scriber’ post not the one with backlash compensation. If your torch is consistently referencing high you could always use a negative switch offset (e.g -3.81) to make it reference lower.

Thank you Les,
I changed to that post processor and edited out the portion of it that puts in the switch offset and second z zero. That seems to speed up the process without so many up and down movements. I did find I was getting some false ohmic sensor readings from the water table fluid getting on the torch body. Hopefully that will clear some of my problems up.
