Hi, I am searching for info on using the rotary PP in Mach.
No description in the help file but there is a topic there.
Want to mill a hole through the side of a tube, rotating Y, (A parallel to X)
Tube is in a chuck.
Tube OD = 4", hole dia = 2"
I drew the part flat, dia x pi for the Y width.

What is the procedure ?

Go to Options->Job options and set the material Y size to the circumference of your tube. That should be all you need to do. Obviously you need to position the Y axis so it is directly over the tube before you start.

I am not sure if the feed rates will be consistent so do a trial run just cutting air first.
