You left a message when you purchased the license so it had to be processed manually. You should receive your license in the next few minutes.

Just like the previous poster you left a message. I am in the UK so the message arrived during the night my time. You should have received your license by now.
I bought the license and got an email with it in there and i clicked on it and downloaded it to my desktop , but when i tried installing it to sheeetcam i couldn’t find it where i put it. but if i look on my computer its there. and when i open it its just a bunch of symbol and letters? what did i do wrong?
