layer issues with Mastercam

Hi, I have downloaded the newest version of Sheetcam
And i loaded a dxf file created by MASTERCAM
The issue i am getting is it has"UN NAMED LAYER, LEVEL 1

And the issue i seem to be getting is that the tool path is not generated so as to be viewed
Otherwise it seems to work ok

Anyone have an IDEA??
