It is possible to add a code snippet to the G-code, but it is not possible to select the appropriate one, for example (M205). Whatever you choose, code snippet M1 (program stop) is active.

I can’t replicate that here. Could you send me a sample job file.
Hi Les,
The problem does not relate to any particular job.
It is simply not possible to insert a code snippet other than M1 into the G-code.
I made a short video where you can see what’s going on.
Best regards,
Laki
Ah, I see. I thought you were referring to the ‘use code snippet’ option that is available in most operations. Thanks for letting me know. I’ll fix it for the next release.
Found the problem. I recently overhauled the way values are shown in the operation and tool dialogs. I forgot to update the g-code dialog to use the new framework. I’l have an update out in the next hour or so.
Hi Les,
I just updated the sheetcam with version 6.9.26.
Thank you
Hi Les,
Version 6.9.26 fixes an issue related to code snippet selection. It is now possible to insert a snippet of your choice into the G-code.
The G-code will be generated correctly.
That’s OK now, but I don’t think this error has been completely fixed.
When you save this Job and later try to load it, the program will report an error related to the inserted snippets
“Insert code snippet {Tool 268435455 not found}”
Sorry about that. I should have checked the code more carefully. This is fixed for the next release. I’m aiming for the enxt couple of days.
