HI Les

At the moment the resolution is set to 0.0001. Edit the post and do a search and replace. Wherever you see 0.0###, change it to 0.0##
Yes. in the post is 0.0001.
What about calcuating in sheetcam. Is it the same accuracy?
Internally SheetCam calculates to a far greater accuracy than 0.0001".
Thanks Les.
I tried to figerout how to fix this bug, because i can’t use pocket operation in my heidenhain.
TNC do calculate from point to point, there is no place for mistake.
Last year I wrote:
The start circle point after plunge arc (CP IPA-196.648 Z-6.000 DR-) has to be exacly in the same point.
On some shape the Post calculate 0.002mm mistake. The last circle is little, about 0.002 mm long, maby less.
Machine do little arc and do not go around as should.
I don’t know how far is heidenhain accuracy. 0.00001 or 0,00000001…
I post same program but diferent accuracy:
Could You look again to this. Especially on C X+36.47…
