As a long time BobCad Mill express user I finally got fed up with their support ending with new releases. I thought I would try something different. I bought Sheetcam 8.0 and was surprised to find there were no Sheetcam post processors anywhere for the 25,000+ Fadal mills. I along with help from AI, I developed the attached Post processor. It also supports G82, G83, G85 and G89 cycles. It has been thoroughly tested on a Fadal running an 88HS control using format 2. It should run on the older 88 control. Always run an air cut before cutting metal.
