- photo of red circles w ‘-’ (hyphen)… I can’t read the full message, it’s cutoff in the photo. Hover or click on the message when live in sheetcam and the drawing may zoom to the problem area. If too many occurrences of the problem exist, then the zoom level shows all.
- same photo w ‘!’ - again, the message tells you exactly what the problem is, hover or click to zoom to the program area/contour.
- about those errors- the ‘features too small to machine’ don’t have a toolpath, they won’t get cut. The ‘could not fit leadin on some outlines’ means you’ll see the toolpath but without the leadin.
- re the offset from 00 case… I’ll have to see the gcode and the job to understand better.
- re the tree cut… the contour you are showing is not the contour cut, notice the cut part has interior contours also cut, those don’t exist on the drawing you are showing. I suspect that is an unused layer, probably due to it being an open shape, which is why its in ‘white’ color.
It appears you have a very ‘dirty’ drawing file that was imported. It likely has overlapping layers with duplicate shapes/contours, open contours, and we already know it has contours too small for the tool kerf and leadin values you are using.
See this link to send me a support.zip file and I can have a better look.
If you are new to sheetcam, see this link please, all of it please.
