@donnie - I received your ELKsupport.zip file from sales@sheetcam.com, thanks. After review, here’s what I found:

  1. the tool kerf was mistakenly changed to 7.62mm or inch equivalent if you work in inches. That’s about 10x the actual kerf when cutting 16ga (steel) at 25amps which is what the tool name indicates. Make sure you visually inspect the green line toolpaths in sheetcam, menu View-‘Show toolpaths’, the green line being the centerline of the toolpath. You will see the same toolpath as Firecontrol is showing you, indicating something is wrong. You can also use sheetcam’s View-‘Show true width’ which shows the fat green toolpath representing the actual width of the toolpath.
  2. the Jet Operation is using an InsideOffset toolpath. However, based on your drawing having interior shape features, it seems like you may want OutsideOffset toolpath as the Contour method. This field is always relative to the outermost shape/contour in the selected layer, and then it alternates inside/outside from there as toolpaths are built for inner nested shapes.
