Connecting tabs

Maybe someone could help me I lay .5 flat bar side by side then cut across the X axes making squares but at each seam there is a little tab that is still connected I have been told to use action points but when I try the machine slows down at the first triangle but does not speed up again why are there two triangles at the seam do I want one before and one after ? do I want two before and two after maybe there is some writings about this or video ? I draw in auto cad then Sheet cam then mach 3 HTPM 85

If you set the feed rate in an action point it will take effect between the strat of teh anction point and it’s end (i.e between the two arrows).
