Cannot get offset to do inside and outside

I have never had an offset problem before, most of the time leaving things on one layer and setting outside offset and letting sheetcam put an inside on any internal holes, etc, but sometimes putting text or small holes on a different layer if i want them to have specific cut parameters. On the attached job, I have tried moving the internal v shapes with an arc on one side to the text internal layer, tried having on the external 0 layer and even put them on their own layer, but then when the offset is on the proper side, the lead in and lead out are on the wrong side, and the offsets are just doing funny things. I am using 6.0.4 and thought that this problem was fixed. I do not have a clue why it is doing this. Any ideas. Les, im not sure if it is a bug that needs to be looked at or just a problem isolated to me. This job was originally made quite a long time ago, probably mid 2012, and then just updated each year.

I cannot upload the dxf file as it is too big. Even if i put it all on one layer, it still wants to put the offset on the wrong side of the V shapes with the arc closing them.

Any luck, work fine for you or are you getting the same thing?

I updated to the latest version of sheetcam and the problem went away!
