Arc radius error too large 0.0mm NO

Hello everyone and I am happy to be here with hopes to get help from all the experiences here.
I am entirely new to plasma cutting I got the sheetcam software. Yesterday after the Christmas holidays I started off to do some trials. I made some basic shapes in vetric aspire CAM and exported as dxf. I imported into the sheetcam and followed the process as read from the manual and videos from you tube. I successfully generated the G code after selecting a generic post processor.
On the CNC I tried to load the file but severally got the subject error message - Arc radius error too large 0.0mm NO.
Please I need help to resolve this issue

Good day Chidyze, it’s a pleasure to greet you, and I hope you’re doing well.

I wanted to ask if you managed to solve that problem? Recently, I’ve been having difficulties with the same issue and can’t find much information about it.

Like you back then, I’m new to plasma cutting.

Best regards.

This type of error from the CNC controller can be quite troublesome to solve. The best approach is to scale back your drawing (dxf) to simple shapes. Cutting outside shapes such as rectangles will produce small arcs on outside corners, and generally they cut fine using a kerf as small as 0.8mm, assuming all default sheetcam settings.

if you’d like to reset your sheetcam .ini file to default settings, then see menu Help / ‘Open settings folder’. Leave the Windows Explorer window to the folder open and now close sheetcam. With sheetcam closed, rename the ‘Sheetcam TNG.ini’ file to .oldini , rename the same .bak file to .oldbak .
Now start sheetcam and it will create a new .ini file and take you through the setup wizard.
