Z action being added, this is new

The last few files I have cut have had this issue. A Z action is added after a X and Y action,on the next code line. It is always "Z 0.500" It is between M5 and M3. See pic on purple line. Any ideas? I am new to sheetcam and having a hard time finding what has changed.

Have you updated your post processor recently? If not it may be worth installing the latest post from CandCNC.
