I'm new cnc Masso G3 DTHC plasma machine user.
I have not successfully able use MASSO G3 DTHC plasma controller for plasma cutting .
I have Hypertherm powermax 65A plasma source and 50:1 Arc voltage ratio using and Flotting head
I'm using multihead software MASSO G3 means I have Router also on my setup
I want to cut 3 mm steel sheet metal art work im following hypertherms manual for cutting speed ,cut hight etc .
But my Z axis some time not following plate shape during cutting.
I used 3mm steel sheet cutting speed 2750mm , cut hight 2mm , THC Feed rate 200mm , Automatic voltage value was in masso G3 controller 81.5V .
How much maximum and minimum DTHC feed rate need ?
