I'm getting some features to small to machine.

My radii are 5 mm and my cutter 6mm in diameter. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Had to rename the .tool file to tools.job to load it.

The problem is the drill holes in each corner. The cutter cannot fit in them so you get a warning. You can ignore the warning or move the holes to a different layer.

Les beat me to it.

I always put each operation on a layer. This time I did not for one process and used the DXF default layer for my path. I didn't realize that there were some holes right where I thought the contour error was on the same layer. That was the problem.

It was only when editing the starting point of the contour that I saw these other starting points around the holes. Then I realized they were on the same layer.
