Warning banner appears on and on

I have recently updated from 6.0.23 to v7. Migartion is not as nice as it could be, but tolerable.
One thing is nonetheless rather irritating, it is the warning window that appears in the upper left corner of the workzone. Normally it docks itself "minimized" after showing, but it my case only for short time. What I see is every time I click with a tool in the workzone, Run postprocessor button "refreshes" itself quickly and the warning unrolls and hinders view/operations...
Before posting this topic I tried to review all the Options and Help section and found no clue to solving the issue. I hope I can get some assistanse here.

That is odd. In SheetCam go to Help->create a support file. If you send me that file plus a sample job file that demonstrates the issue I'll take a look.
