Trayectory problems

Post by Andreas »

Hello.
The trajectories of the simulation do not follow the cutting profile of the drawing.
Debug: version 7.1.32
Assert failure in function wxCSConv::wxCSConv (C:\wx-3.0\wxWidgets\src\common\strconv.cpp:2870). invalid encoding value in wxCSConv ctor ("Assert failure")
I have inviate an email with support file.
With a simulator the generated gcode seems ok, but I'm afraid to send it to work.
It only does this when using the manually interrupt nested drawings function.
Thanks
Andreas

Do you have simulation set to the correct machine type? In simulation click on the setup button and check the machine type is correct. For instance if you are plasma cutting it should be set to 'Jet'.

It's set to jet, but the problem persists.

I tried to do the single step simulation and it's fine.

Another problem I encountered is inside the support zip file the gcode that it inserts is not the one I'm simulating, but a previous one from a previous job.

I'm a bit late but if it simulates correctly it should cut correctly.

No, it doesn't simulate correctly but it cuts correctly.

That one got through. I ran simulation on your job file and the tool followed the path exactly. What exactly does it do when you run simulation?
