Move overcut to tool setting

It would be handy to have the overcut setting saved as part of a particular tool. I am using the negative value of overcut as a holding tab for waterjet cutting and it would be nice to have it saved in one of the tools.

Hopefully you are successful with this request. It took me quite a while to get the leads settings added to the tools.
I don't use overcut, so I'm not sure if it relates to the tool more than the operation.

I second this one. I have to remember to change it between flame cutting and plasma, it would be more logical to have it as a tool setting, to me anyway! How about it Les?!
