chinses plasma f2100 help please

hi i have bought a Chinese plasma cutter and i just can not set it up to talk to the file u disk.
i am using v carve to make the file then to sheetcam to prosses.
when i load the file it looks like a bent line nothing like what it should be.
sorry but i an totally lost on what to do.
