Disable THC for certain tools in SC

I'm running a WarpRunner Mach4 v005 post and Warprunner MAch v003 rules. I have certain plasma tools that I want THC turn off for all the time. How would I set this up in SC?

I did post this question over on the Warp9 forum, but no replys.

I saw a vid on YT about this yesterday- you use Path Rules in that dialog box and create a new rule. Click the 3 dots, and follow the prompts. You can type Path Rules in YT search box and the video from ArcLight Dynamics comes back as a result. Good luck
