Torch cut height.

Anyone else having a problem with plasma cuts ? This happens randomly when the torch goes down for cut heighth it will touch metal then instead of rising to cut heighth it will slide along cut line then raise up to cut heighth at end of cut. Only seems to do this on straight cuts. This started just after the last update on Sheetcam. I am rather dense when it comes to PCs and software so be nice !!

Check your rapid clearance height in Options->job options->material.

Thank you for the response. Checked the rapid clearance. Settings are the same as they have been. Torch is still doing the touch metal and slide across straight cut then raise at end of what would have been a cut then does a pierce cut and stops. The same files I have cut before without any problem now randomly do this. Sorry for the poor description of problem.
