when I post prosses on to a flash drive and install in cnc plaze it tells me it is not g code

You can look at the file with a text editor.
Perhaps you are using the wrong post-processor. It may be that your post-processor is putting out g-code commands that your machine doesn't recognize.

wrong file extension???

just change it to the extension your machine recognises (tap, NGC, etc)
