Windows dll missing

I have a customer that is getting this error after using the package for some time already.
I uninstalled and did n reinstall but no change.
Anyone had this before?

Try installing VC_redist. You can download it from the downloads page https://www.sheetcam.com/downloads

I did that first but it made no difference. I then uninstalled and did a new install. It asked if I wanted to reinstall the VC_redist. I then first removed the VC_redist and then installed via Sheetcam install again.

After that it still gives the error? That's very strange.
