New Laptop

Hi all, I am currently using Sheetcam for my set up. I am just wondering how to transfer my license to a new laptop. I know i can only use it on one PC at a time. Is it as easy as placing it on a flash drive to transfer to the new PC? Can i keep a back up copy on a flash drive incase my system crashes in the future? Thanks.
