first lead in wrong side

Has anyone ever run into this problem? Doesn't happen all the time and doesn't even happen all the time on the same file....
Lets say its a word being cut, the lead ins are all good on screen processing inside cuts first with proper leads then outside cuts. Load into mach3 and start cut. First cut (only on first pierce)lead in goes opposite side (outside leadin) even? after the first cut everything goes great.
I can't figure this one out at all. attached is the code from the last one
