Torch move feed rate control

Sorry,I am a user from Taiwan,so my English is not good . I use Sheetcam for the CNC Plasma machine and use the MACH3 PLASMA post file to create the Gcode.I want to know can I use the different feed rate to control the Torch down speed,Torch up speed,cutting speed and move speed ? Thanks.
