Top of Part Vs Bottom of Part

I've got an "easy" one.
I'm cutting material that is 1.47mm thick and when i generate the Gcode it thinks that the top of the part is 0 (i think). The reason i think this is when i run the Gcode on the CNC when the drag knife does the cutting it goes to -1.47. How do i change sheet cam so the bottom of part is at 0?
