Postprocessor for CNC controller SH 2012AH-QG

Post by kuznetsoff » Wed Aug 01, 2018 2:37 pm

Good afternoon, colleagues.
I purchased a Chinese air-plasma cutting machine.
with CNC controller SH 2012AH-QG and THC SH-HC30.
The Chinese manufacturer did not send anything from the manual and software.
Therefore, I drew attention to SHEETCAM.
I downloaded from you from the site a demo version, in order to try before you buy.
I was wondering if this program will work with the controller SH 2012AH-QG.
I tried the postprocessors which are built into the SHEETCAM program, but I did not find anything suitable.
I would like to contact the developers and friends on this forum.
Is there a postprocessor for such a controller?

Just in case, I give below the beginning and end of G-code:

I think you need the START post processor. This comes with SheetCam.

Dear Les, the first thing I saw was a post-processor start. But the code does not fit.
The nearest option is the postprocessor "Hiperterm eyge" in your program. This post creates a g-code similar. But the beginning of the code is not right .
When choosing a program, I wanted the postprocessor to work correctly and there was no need to manually correct the g-code.
This is the main thing that I wanted.

Could you generate some g-code with the Hyperthem Edge post then edit it to suit your machine. If you give me both files I'll modify a post to suit.
