I find that inkscape is not putting correct sizes in to sheetcam. When I look at G-Code let's say a 6 x 6 inch square it's not putting in 6 x 6 inch square in G-Code it's smaller. I'm missing a setting or something somewhere

a new version of inkscape is available. Version 0.9.2.3
Lots of changes and new options.
Maybe it can help you.
BTW: with my german version 0.9.2.2 there are no problems with the import to sheetcam
